Esto Gallery: Geometry

ASM International World Headquarters by John Terrence Kelly and R. Buckminster Fuller — Materials Park, Ohio
The use of “simple building blocks” to construct “spectacular buildings” are described to celebrate the geometric architectural designs carefully chosen to exhibit at Esto Gallery. From the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C, to the National Grand Theater of China in Beijing, these structures exemplify the diverse approaches practiced throughout the decades. Assembling structures that identify with modern times in its creation to use pure simplistic forms projected through complex designs, the assorted functions of each building manages to highlight a correlated style that celebrates the exposure of construction methods. The interlocking geometric shapes are clearly visible amongst the exterior and at times, interior of the building. The collection conveys a true artistic notion where visitors experience the surrounding as a whole, witnessing the multilayer pure forms of such magnificent architectural designs.
